Steam released student project I was the marketing producer for. The game had no budget and a release window of 2 weeks before I took over for the marketing. I ran a campaign on Full Sail University's campus by advertising on the main website and physically on the campus billboard screen. The game reached over 50,000 downloads in 3 months.

I was the producer/Scrum Master for a 5 month Steam game project. This game was created from scratch using the teams own engine. I was in charge of setting the sprints for the programmers in Hansoft, acquiring assets, such as models and sound effects, and made sure the game was on track for completion. Primarily used the Scrum method of game development.

Full Sail University hosted a 48 hour game jam with the theme of making games for children with cerebral palsy. I was in charge of producing 5 teams of game developers during the event, this meant I had to set the amount of time they had to dedicate to building the game and assets, and help them with assembling them. All 5 teams used unity to develop their game and 3 of the teams finished within the allotted time.

Hall of Fame Game Jam Producer

Producer on a month long project. I was in charge of setting each of the 10 team members schedules, creating the feature and task list, and delegating the tasks to the various artists and programmers. The prototype was developed in Unity and completed within the allotted time of 1 month.
